Whats The Problem About

Okay… Thanks for making it to this corner of the internet. More importantly, let me tell you why I’m here and what this is all about. Metaphorically, this is what happens when creativity finally reaches its boiling point. I spent time thinking about what I’m going to do with what the universe is giving me and decided—hey, maybe I’ll create my own little universe. But in reality, I just needed a place to use my MBA.This is not the place where I’m going to post a blog every morning saying, “These are my favorite albums,” then list Thriller, Beyoncé’s Lemonade, and Sabrina Carpenter’s Espresso (or whatever album that song is on). No. Unfortunately, I’m a real person with actual opinions who isn’t easily swayed by whatever’s charting on Billboard. That being said, I am a Kendrick Lamar fan soooo… WE UP!!!

So yes, music is a topic here—mainly hip-hop and some R&B, because I miss the days when my favorite rapper wasn’t trying to sing in my ear. But let’s just thank Drake for that. Back to the topic—hip-hop news, culture, rap, R&B. I’ll blog about it, whether it’s reviews, revisiting older albums to see how they’ve aged, or just talking about how Kanye has been crashing out on X/Twitter (March 2025) for the past 70 hours. Like, someone… just hack his shit at this point. Anyway, yeah, I’m just some guy with ears and an opinion. But like… sooooooooooo many of y’all listen to people saying nonsense. I wanna be nonsense too, dammit!

Also,video games. I fuck with video games.

Hear me out—I’m like your favorite streamer, but in text form, and instead of a 7-hour stream, I’m a 7-minute read. So yes… I am reading TikTok. But expect gaming news, events, new game reviews, and broader discussions about the gaming industry. Eventually. Right now, there’s nothing here. Also, be ready for me to argue that Elden Ring is the second-greatest video game of all time—I will die on this hill. And the first? Red Dead Redemption 2. I will also die on that hill. I’ll give you a hot take right now: I don’t think the Assassin’s Creed RPGs are as bad as we think.

As I mentioned before, I have an MBA, so business—and how it intertwines with music and gaming—is important to me. Marketing, branding, strategy—it all plays into the products we know and love. It’s all so damn important, yet most companies can’t figure out the right balance. In 2025, we’re so focused on the end sale that we forget that sometimes, people are working toward perfection, and that takes time. That’s why we get one perfect GTA every 300 years but a damn sports game with a live-service model every single year. We have to stop buying 2K. It’s out of fucking control.
